Stands will be assigned in accordance with the following policies:

• Companies that participated in the 2025 edition will be able to obtain the prompt payment rate and secure a space as long as they send their stand request and meet the payment dates. First payment: March 18^th, 2026.
• In the allocation of spaces, the following order of priority will be taken into account:
  2025 participants
  2024 participants
  Other participants
• If additional meters are requested, you must pay the regular rate "A" or "B"--not the prompt payment rate--depending on the date of your reservation and/or payment.
• Companies that did not participate in the last edition (2025) must send their stand application form and wait until June to receive a space proposal according to the availability of the requested stand.
• FIL Guadalajara reserves the right to assign spaces.
• In case of not making any of the payments on the established dates, the Organizing Committee may relocate, cancel or adjust the meters of your space in this or the next edition.
  

If the exhibitor decides to cancel the stand assigned by the Organizing Committee or the Committee decides to cancel because of the exhibitor's non-compliance, FIL will act according to the cancellation schedule.

• In the event that the exhibitor decides to cancel due to a pandemic, and not due to regulations of the Mexican authorities, it must respect the cancellation policies previously mentioned above.
• In the event that FIL Guadalajara 2026 is cancelled due to a natural disaster, pandemic or other health risk, or by direct orders from the authorities, the Organizing Committee will reimburse 100% of the amount paid for the stand rental or any other paid or hired service directly through FIL Guadalajara. The reimbursement of the cost of the stand will be made within 120 business days following the cancellation of the event. The exhibitor may also decide to apply their payment to the 2027 edition, for which they must notify us before December 15^th, 2026.

The warehouse is a free service and exclusively for books, is located on level 1 of the parking lot.
It will operate from November 24^th to December 7^th, 2026.

• Working hours are from 8:30 to 20:00 (except on December 7^th that will close at 19:00).
• No cargo with pending payments will be received.
• There is no over-night or long-stay parking for freight trucks.
• To use the Books Warehouse the publisher shall provide a letter including the names and signatures of people authorized to enter and remove materials.
• Materials that are not removed by December 7^th  will be donated.
• Under any circumstance FIL will be responsible for any damage or loss suffered during the reception, storage or delivery of the materials.
• If your materials arrive prior to November 24^th, they will not be received and will be returned to the freight company, as there is no space available for storage.

1. Los expositores deberán contratar el o los seguros que amparen los siguientes conceptos (punto 3.17 del Reglamento de participación para expositores):
   • Robo o destrucción de sus bienes
   • Lesiones o muerte del personal que presta servicios a su favor (contratado directa o indirectamente por el expositor)
   • Daño o destrucción de los bienes de terceros, por causa imputable al expositor
   • Lesión o muerte del personal que presta servicios a favor de terceros, por causa imputable al expositor
   • Daños a terceros y a la propiedad que pudieran ocasionarse por los expositores
2. El expositor será responsable de los daños y perjuicios que su personal o sus bienes ocasionen a terceros, de acuerdo con lo señalado en el Código Civil del Estado de Jalisco y, en su caso, en el Código Penal del Estado de Jalisco (punto 3.18 del Reglamento de participación para expositores).
3. De acuerdo al punto 3.15 de nuestro reglamento: Las medidas de seguridad y vigilancia dispuestas por el COMITÉ ORGANIZADOR tenderán a proteger, en la medida de lo posible, a las personas dentro del CENTRO DE EXPOSICIONES. No obstante, la seguridad y vigilancia que el COMITÉ ORGANIZADOR establecerá, los EXPOSITORES serán los custodios y depositarios de sus bienes, ubicados en los STANDS, por lo que, en caso de daño, destrucción o pérdida de ellos, liberan de cualquier responsabilidad a la FIL y al COMITÉ ORGANIZADOR.
4. Para asegurar y proteger los materiales de la exposición, el expositor debe:
   • Llegar a su stand 30 minutos antes de abrir al público (8:30 horas).
   • Desalojar el área 30 minutos después de cerrar al público (21:30 horas)
   • Si por alguna razón necesita ingresar o permanecer fuera del horario indicado, deberá solicitar autorización por escrito al Comité Organizador y cubrir los requerimientos a Expo Guadalajara.
   • Amparar con nota de venta cada una de sus operaciones comerciales, al mayoreo o menudeo, durante la Feria. Estas notas serán requeridas, al azar, por el personal de seguridad a la salida.
