Stand set up

For installation please follow the following recommendations:


Equipped Stands

 

  • Submit the Stand assembly requirements specifying your furnishing requirements to our setup Coordinator before September 25th, 2026. Make your stand setup during November 27th, 2026, starting at 8:00 am until 20:00 hrs.

 

Unequipped Stands

 

  1. Before you design your stand, it is important to read carefully the Exhibitor Regulations.
  2. You must send your stand design for approval before September 25th, 2026 alongside the Assembly company registration form ( Request the link to the form to Gabriela Villaseñor) a copy of your insurance policy, to our setup Coordinator, Adrián Lara and Gabriela Villaseñor, request her the link to fill out the form. September 25th, 2026.
  3. If your stand has a second floor, additionally you must send the certificate of structural calculation (DRO). Additionally, BOOTHS with a second floor must also send us the identification of the DRO and a structural illustration. Exhibitors must also place a sign that is visible at the bottom of the staircase indicating clearly the maximum load capacity.
  4. Prior to your arrival, make an inventory of the materials you will be bringing into the exhibition center using the Furniture and electronic devices Access Registration Form. Bring original and copy and present it at the access door (Point 3.14 of the Exhibitor Regulations).
  5. Access will be granted according to your stand's location. The setup Coordinator will inform you the date and time that corresponds.
