What should I do as a first-time exhibitor?

Fill out and send your stand application. We will confirm receipt of your application and send you further instructions. Consult the participation policies.


When and where can I pick up my exhibitor's badge and welcome bag?

Beginning Friday, November 27th, 2026 from 8:00 to 20:00, in the Exhibitors Services Desk at the Business Center.


Where is the Business Center?

In the Blue Pavilion of the International Area


How does the Business Center work?

The Business Center is an exclusive space for registered exhibitors and professionals. Anyone with their accreditation will have access to the Business Center and be able to use the following services:

  • Internet Service with E-mail Access: Internet access will be available from November 29th to December 02nd. An access code will be provided at the Business Center reception desk.
  • Invoices & Payment of Services: Personalized attention related to payments and invoices.
  • Storage Service: Storage service for belongings, from November 28th to December 2nd, from 9:00 to 17:00 hours.
  • Work tables: Spaces designated for business appointments. Each appointment lasts 30 minutes and must be booked in advance at the Business Center reception desk.

All exhibitors and visiting professional bearing a badge.


What services are offered at the exhibitions center and how can I hire them?

Expo Guadalajara offers internet services, land phone lines, additional hours for set-up and dismantling, forklifts rental.


What are the days and hours for professionals?

Monday November 30th, Tuesday 1st and Wednesday December 2nd, from 9:00 to 17:00.


What do the companies participating as exhibitors have the right to?

Apart from the assigned exhibition space, the exhibitor has the right to be included in the Exhibitors Catalog, to receive name badges, receive discounts on airlines and hotels, participate in many of the free programs that may increase their possibilities of doing business, the use of the professionals’ Business Center for business meetings or accessing the Internet, and attend different forums, meetings and book presentations that do not require previous registration.


What kind of professionals attend each year?

Rights agents, publishers, booksellers, distributors, librarian, illustrators, promoters of reading, translators, scouts and writers.
