Check the following considerations:
Extension of time for your staff and foresee their transportation.
Do close of sales at 23:00 pm at the latest, the precint will close at 23:30 hours.
Foresee the transfer of values at the close of the Fair.

Payment and cancelation policies
Payments should be made at most two months after space is confirmed, otherwise, the reservation will be canceled.
In case of canceling already paid spaces, 70% of the payment will be refunded, if your cancellation request arrives before September 16th; from September 17th until October 14th, the refund will be 50% of the payment made. After October 15th, there will be no refund.
The deadline to claim invoices is December 16th, 2022.
It is imperative to send the voucher (bank deposit/wire transfer), clearly identified, to the email: firstname.lastname@example.org
