Ana Gloria Moya (Tucumán, 1954) was a lawyer and public criminal defender in Salta, Argentina. She began her literary career in 1997 with Sangre tan caliente y otras pasiones, followed by La desmemoria (1999).

She won the 2002 Sor Juana Inés de la Cruz Prize for her novel Cielo de tambores, which narrates Argentine Independence from the perspective of María Kumbá, a mulatta woman who defies her era and addresses the history of Afro-Argentines. Throughout her career, she received numerous national literary awards.
