She directed CEMPRO for 10 years, and contributed to the creation of the collective management entities of Panama and Costa Rica.
In the academic field, she has more than 20 years dedicated to teaching the subject, in Mexico and abroad.
She collaborated in the Spanish edition of the work “Buy and Sell Rights” by Lynette Owen, published by FCE.

Jorge Fondebrider

Jorge Fondebrider (Buenos Aires, 1956) es poeta, ensayista y traductor. Su obra poética fue publicada como La extraña trayectoria de la luz. Poemas reunidos 1983-2013. Entre 1986 y 1996, integró el Consejo de Dirección de la revista Diario de Poesía, de la que fue secretario de Redacción. Asimismo, entre 2006 y 2018 integró el Consejo Asesor de la revista Periódico de Poesía, de la UNAM. Editó la Obra poética de César Fernández Moreno y la Poesía completa de Joaquín O. Giannuzzi. Como traductor ha publicado Poesía francesa contemporánea. 1940-1997, Poesía irlandesa contemporánea, diversos volúmenes de Henri Deluy, Yves Di Manno, Peter Sirr,  Richard Gwyn, Moya Cannon, etc. Ha traducido asimismo, entre otras autores, a Gustave Flaubert, Georges Perec, Bernard-Marie Koltès, Paul Virilio, Claire Keegan, Patricia Highsmith, Richard Gwyn, Lori Saint-Martin, Owen Martell, Joseph Conrad y Jack London.

María Teresa Andruetto

She was born in Argentina. She published novels, essays, story books, poetry collections, and children's books. For forty years she has intervened in various ways in the construction of a reading society. He obtained, among others, the National Arts Fund, Ibero-American Lifetime Achievement in Children's Literature SM awards, National University of Córdoba Culture Award, Hans Christian Andersen Award 2012, Konex de Platino, Lifetime Achievement Award in Letters from the National Arts Fund 2020, Pregonero of Honor of the FIL/Buenos Aires and Friend of the Popular Libraries. Arturo Ahmed Romero

He has a degree in Business Administration from UNAM. He has a master's degree in Corporate Administration from the Universidad Panamericana and a Master's degree in Business Management for Experienced Executives from the (IPADE) Pan American Institute of Senior Business Management.
He is a professor and founder of the Professional Development Institute for Booksellers (Indeli), of which he is president of its board of directors. Founder of the University of Book Sciences and Arts, the first in Latin America.
He has also served for more than 18 years as an advisor to the (Caniem) National Chamber of the Mexican Publishing Industry, on various commissions. He has been a visiting professor at the Universidad Panamericana, Universidad de Xalapa, Universidad Panamericana (Campus Guadalajara), UAM-Xochimilco. He has been a professor of different specialization courses at Caniem-Editamos. He is the academic coordinator of the Ramón López Velarde Chair (Indeli), and of the training program for bookstore employees, managers and directors. For 23 years he has been executive president of the Congress of Mexican Booksellers (Colime).
He is a founding partner of Editora y Distribuidora Fausto, a company founded in June 1987.
He is a founding member of the Center for innovation and professional development for the publishing industry, Editamos, of Caniem, and its first general director. During his management, he was in charge of the definition and conceptualization of the company, the constitution and legal personality, the definition and development of the training program for editors, and the monitoring of projected results.
He has worked in various executive and management positions in the publishing and bookselling industry for 49 years. On February 17, 2020, he was appointed Vice-Rector of the University of Book Sciences and Arts, an institution founded in 2011 by academics and professionals related to the publishing and bookselling sector.

Carmen Morales

She is Guatemalan, a political scientist from the Rafael Landívar University. She has a Master's degree in Politics and Communications from the London School of Economics and one in International Relations from the Fletcher School of Law and Diplomacy, Tufts University. He has more than 15 years of experience working as a communications professional in the private sector, with companies such as United Airlines and TACA, as well as in the UN supporting peace processes, humanitarian assistance and development cooperation with the UN Mission in Afghanistan , with the United Nations Development Program -UNDP- in Guatemala, Ecuador and Colombia, and more recently with the UN in Venezuela and Mexico. She has also worked as a consultant in international non-governmental organizations such as IFES in Georgia and NDI in Pakistan supporting electoral processes. She speaks Spanish, English and French.

Gina Constantine Llergo

Founder and general director of Constantine Editores with 32 years of professional experience, she has focused her efforts on developing content that represents an important contribution to generating and reinforcing a culture of inclusion with respect to effective interaction with disabilities, leading to a full life. and equal access to opportunity in the social, cultural, labor and educational spheres.

Two of these projects are: "The Knowledge Gang." Library of 30 inclusive books in Braille and ink for blind and normal-visual children and young people and the collection "I can, You can. To understand people with disabilities."

It has twice received the nomination for the International Award for Excellence in Accessible Publishing, an award granted by the Accessible Books Consortium (ABC), being the first Latin American publisher to obtain it by developing the braille and ink book project.

She is currently President of the CESAutismo Foundation and Member of the Board of Directors of the National Chamber of the Mexican Publishing Industry (CANIEM) where she coordinates the Corporate Social Responsibility Commission.

Hugo Setzer

Industrial Engineer from UNAM and has a Master's Degree in Business Management from the Pan American Institute of Senior Business Management, IPADE. He is, since 1990, general director of Editorial El Manual Moderno, one of the main publishers in the fields of medicine and psychology in Latin America. After many years of participation in the Executive Committee of the International Union of Editors (UIE / IPA), Hugo was vice president between 2017-2018 and president for the period 2019-2020.
He was on several occasions a member of the board of directors of the National Chamber of the Mexican Publishing Industry, CANIEM and vice president in the periods 2004-2006 and 2010-2013. He received the CANIEM Award for Guild Merit in 2009.
Founding president of the Mexican Center for the Protection and Promotion of Copyright, Collective Management Society, CeMPro from 1998 to 2002.
President of the committee for Latin America and the Caribbean and member of the board of directors of the International Federation of Reprographic Rights Organizations, IFRRO, from 2000 to 2002.

Marcelo Guerrieri

Marcelo Guerrieri, Lomas de Zamora, Buenos Aires, 1973. Author of fiction, teacher and anthropologist. He published the novels Con esta luna (Tusquets), winner of the Celsius Prize at the XXXV Semana Negra in Gijón for the best fantasy, horror or science fiction novel in the Spanish language; Pharmacy (Factotum), finalist for the Página/12 New Novel Award; the story book Trees with a Red Trunk (Muerde Muertos), The Serial Cyclist (Eloísa Cartonera), winner of the Nueva Narrativa Sudaca Border award, and the blognovela Detective Buenos Aires. Carlos Wynter Melo

The London Hay Festival included him in a list of the 39 most important writers under 39 years of age in Latin America (this distinction was endorsed by the Secretariat of Culture of Bogotá, the United Nations Educational, Scientific and Cultural Organization (UNESCO, for its acronym in English) and a jury made up of writers Héctor Abad Faciolince, Piedad Bonnett and Óscar Collazos.

Autor, editor y especialista en marketing y negocios digitales, fue designado por la presidencia del Consejo del Cerlalc y la dirección general de la Unesco como director del Centro para el bienio 2020 - 2021 y 2022 – 2023.
Cuenta con estudios en sociología, egresado de la Universidad Interamericana de Puerto Rico, posee una maestría en Marketing, publicidad y Comunicaciones en la Universidad Católica de Ávila, un MBA en Administración y negocios de la Universidad Santo Tomas en Chile y un diplomado en Finanzas en la Universidad Sergio Arboleda en Colombia.
Tiene una amplia experiencia en el sector editorial. Ha trabajado en Alfaguara y Grupo Planeta. En esta última se complementó como director de marketing por más de ocho años y luego se convirtió en el gerente de innovación y negocios digitales para el área Andina.

Cristina Urrutia

Ma. Cristina Urrutia was born in Mexico City. She has a degree in Sociology from the National Autonomous University of Mexico. She completed her Master's studies in History at the Universidad Autónoma Metropolitana, and in History and Popularization at the Universidad Iberoamericana. In 1993, she founded Ediciones Tecolote, a company that she has directed since then, and in which she has published, among other titles, Ecos de la Conquista co-authored with Krystyna Libura, and various books aimed at children. This publishing house has enriched the libraries of public schools in Mexico with approximately four million books. 70% of its catalog has been selected for the National Reading Program. Ediciones Tecolote has received various national and international awards, including the BOP award for Best Publisher of the Year in Latin America (2018), and the Nuevos Horizontes, the highest award for children's literature, at the International Children's Book Fair in Bologna, with The Black Book of Colors (2007) and Migrar (2012).

Peggy Espinoza

Peggy Espinoza. She is an editor and graphic designer. She worked for 8 years at Imprenta Madero with teacher Vicente Rojo. She founded Petra Ediciones in Guadalajara in 1990. She was Art and Design Director of the newspaper Siglo 21. She is a designer of Luvina magazine. He has obtained several national and international awards and recognitions, among others, in 2014 he received the Best Children's Publisher of the Year, Central and South America region at the 51st Bologna Children's Book Fair and three New Horizon Awards awarded by the Bologna Fair. , the FIL Award for Editorial Merit 2015; the Latin American Editorial Design Award 2016, Fundación del Libro, at the 42nd Buenos Aires Book Fair, the Juan Pablos Award for Editorial Merit 2017 awarded by the National Chamber of the Mexican Publishing Industry. Some of her books have been selected in “The Best Books for Children” by the Venezuelan Book Bank. In 2018 she was a jury for the Illustrators' Exhibition at the Bologna Fair.

Mónica Bergna

(Mónica Vázquez) She was born in Mexico City in 1962.  For more than 25 years she has been dedicated to the research and creation of children's and youth literature. She worked at Ekaré editions and Tecolote editions. In 2017 she opened her own publishing house in Mexico, Alboroto editions, which in 2020 was awarded the BOP Award (best publisher of the year) awarded by the Bologna fair.

The riot books edited by her have been recognized worldwide with different prizes and awards. In 2021, her book Children received the Poetry Mention at the Bologna fair. This year the book El Bolso received the New Horizons award from the same fair.

She has been a juror in different national and international competitions such as the Bologna Fair illustration prize, the Ibero-American illustration prize, among others. She currently lives in Mexico.
