The e-book area is designed for service providers in the areas of digital editing, content and support. It is located in the International Area of the exposition site.

The objective of this space is to bring digital product and service developers together with their potential clients, whether they be publishing houses, libraries or readers themselves.

In addition to exhibition modules, the Area has a presentation forum where participating companies have the opportunity to explain their products and services. It runs parallel to the content program coordinated by the FIL.


General Information

FIL Dates: November 25 to December 3

Types of participation in the e-book area

  • 5 days, from November 25 to November 29 for companies who only wish to network with professionals.
  • 9 days, from November 25 to December 3 for companies wishing to network with professionals and the general public.


$25,000 Mexican pesos or 1,700 USD (including VAT).

Payment Dates:

  • 50% within 10 days following receipt of module confirmation.
  • 50% before August 15, 2017.

The amount includes:

  • 1 module
  • 3 benches
  • 1 sign
  • 1 power outlet
  • Internet access
  • 1 screen
  • 2 badges
  • 3 twenty minute presentations
  • Publication of your details in the online and printed Exhibitors and Professionals Catalog (due date for sending information: August 30)
  • Publication of your titles in the Book Catalog (for e-book companies: due date September 20)

Cost of additional badges: $800 Mexican pesos or $80 USD

Participants may all access the various programs and services offered by the FIL

Space allocation:

2016 Exhibitors: The same module you had will be assigned if reservation and payment of 50% of the cost is done by May 10.

New participants: must submit the application form and wait for a space proposal.
