In case the exhibitor decides to cancel the stand assigned by the Organizing Committee, or the Committee decides to cancel because there was a non-compliance by the exhibitor, FIL will act according to the cancellation schedule.

• In the event that the exhibitor decides to cancel due to the pandemic, and not due to regulations of the Mexican authorities, it must respect the cancellation policies previously mentioned above.
• In the event that FIL Guadalajara 2023 is canceled due to the Covid-19 pandemic or other health risk, or by direct orders from the authorities, the Organizing Committee will reimburse 100% of the amount paid for the stand rental or any other paid or hired service directly through FIL Guadalajara. The reimbursement of the cost of the stand will be made within 120 business days following the cancellation of the event. The exhibitor may also decide to apply their payment to the 2024 edition, for which they must notify us before December 15, 2023.

1. It is mandatory for exhibitors to purchase the necessary insurance to cover the following items ( item 3.17 of the Exhibitor Regulations):
   • Stolen or damaged goods or property belonging to the exhibitor.
   • Injury or death of participating staff, directly or indirectly hired by the exhibitor.
   • Damage or destruction of goods belonging to third parties for reasons ascribed to the exhibitor.
   • Injury or death of participating third party staff for reasons ascribed to the exhibitor.
   • Damage to third parties and their property ascribed to the exhibitor.
2. The exhibitor will be held responsible for any harm and damage caused to third parties by their staff or property. This in compliance with the Civil Code of the State of Jalisco and/or the Penal Code of the State of Jalisco. Item 3.18 of the Exhibitor Regulations).
3. According to point 3.15 of our Regulations: The security measures taken by the ORGANIZING COMMITTEE will aim to protect, as far as possible, the persons and goods within the EXHIBITION CENTER. Although the ORGANIZING COMMITTEE will provide security in the EXHIBITION CENTER, EXHIBITORS will be the custodians and caretakers of the goods located within their STANDS, releasing the EVENT, FIL and the ORGANIZING COMMITTEE of any responsibility.
4. In order to assure and protect the exhibiting materials, the exhibitor must:
   • Be at the stand twenty minutes prior to opening hours (8:40). If for any reason the exhibitor needs to access or be away from the facilities outside the indicated hours, he must request written authorization.
   • Leave the premises twenty minutes after closing hours (21:20).
   • Obtain written approval if for some reason you need to enter or remain outside after hours.
   • Prove all commercial transactions, wholesale or retail, with a sales note during the Fair. Security staff upon exit may request these notes randomly.
