Tribute to a Librarian

Information services are essential for people to enjoy a better quality of life and optimal development at the economic, social, cultural and educational levels. To the extent that people have access to information resources and services and use them appropriately, progress, individual and collective development will be reflected in them. That is why, within the framework of the Guadalajara FIL, a tribute to a librarian has been held since 2002, whose career and contribution to the development of librarianship are widely recognized.
