Illustrators’ Program
Encounters
Following the success of the previous edition of FILustra, this year the programming of the Illustrators’ Hall will be curated by EUSKAL IRUDIGILEAK and Irudika. Under the title Encounters, the program offers a broad perspective on the current illustration scene, both in Mexico and around the world.
Its activities will address key topics such as the illustrated book, comics, fanzines, muralism, illustration in exhibition spaces, and academic research related to these practices.
The program will bring together a diverse range of participants from the illustration ecosystem: publishers, fair agents, artistic print studios, illustrators of picture books, comics, and fanzines, as well as artists who explore the book format from within the gallery context.
All Encounters activities will take place on the afternoon of Sunday, November 30.
